1. Introduction 

Welcome to UIM Page, these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of our website and its related sub-domains, sites, services and tools (the “Site”). By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with UIM or one of its legal agents in worldwide countries in relation to your use of the Site (the “User Agreement”). This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register or use this Site.

You should read this User Agreement, Privacy Policy and read all further linked information referred to in this User Agreement, as such information contains further terms and conditions that apply to you as a user of UIM. Such linked information including but not limited to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

2. Eligibility for Membership.

UIM wishes to ensure that its members can form legally binding contracts and further that minors do not purchase unsuitable content. Therefore,

• Not Allowed for any membership of the Site under the age of 18 years and UIM has the right to close the account.
• Any membership has been suspended or withdrawn by UIM.
• If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement and that you and the business entity will comply with all applicable laws relating to online trading.
• Is not allowed for any person to register in the website twice for any reason and UIM has the right to limit access or to close the account.

 

3. Your Account and Registration Obligations.

When you register as a Site member, you’ll be required to provide certain information and create a unique username and password.

By becoming a member, you agree to:

• Protect your account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. Any unauthorized access or activity under your account is your responsibility. Immediately notify UIM of any security breaches.
• Avoid unauthorized use: You may not use another person’s account without their explicit permission. Any unauthorized or illegal use of your account, including by others who obtain access to your username and password, will result in your liability for any damages incurred by UIM.
• Provide accurate information: During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes avoiding personal details like email addresses and phone numbers and refraining from using the word “UIM” in your username or store name.
• Maintain confidentiality: Treat any information provided to you by UIM or other users as confidential.
• Keep information updated: Regularly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Failure to do so may result in limitations or termination of your account.
• Cooperate with verification: UIM may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or business ownership. This may include trade licenses, incorporation documents, or proof of authorization for acting on behalf of a business entity. Failure to provide requested information may lead to account limitations or termination.

 

4. Electronic Communications.

We may communicate with you electronically through email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

During registration, you’ll have the option to subscribe to promotional emails about new features, changes, or activities on the Site. If you later decide to opt out of promotional emails, you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.

 

5. Reporting Issues and Violations.

Please report any problems or violations of this User Agreement to UIM. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, notify us immediately.

UIM reserves the right to take action against users who violate this agreement, infringe on intellectual property rights, or create problems. This may include limiting access to the Site, suspending or terminating membership, removing content, or pursuing legal remedies.

 

6. Breach of User Agreement.

Without prejudice to UIM other rights, UIM may immediately and without liability:

• Limit your activity: Restrict your actions on the Site.
• Remove your bids or listings: Delete your bids or listings.
• Warn other users: Inform other users about your actions.
• Suspend or terminate your membership: Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the Site.

UIM may take these actions if you:

• Violate this User Agreement: Breach any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.
• Provide false or unverified information: Fail to provide accurate or verifiable information.
• Pose a legal risk: Engage in activities that could result in legal liability for you, other users, or UIM.

UIM reserves the right to reinstate suspended users at its discretion. Users who have been indefinitely suspended or had their membership terminated may not re-register or attempt to use the Site until reinstated by UIM.

If you breach this User Agreement, UIM may:

• Recover damages: Seek reimbursement for any losses or damage caused by your actions.
• Take legal action: Pursue legal remedies, including criminal proceedings.

UIM failure to address a breach does not waive its right to take action at a later time. We do not guarantee that we will address every breach of this User Agreement.
