- If the Customer received the goods in bad condition for any reason, he/she has the right to return the items within 3 business days after receiving the goods. Without any charge to the customer, and the company will wire the transfer after receiving the goods.
- If the customer receives the goods and he does not want to use it for his own reason. Then the company will charge him all the cost of shipping and payment gateway
- In the case of receiving the goods more than 3 business days then it is a special case, and the sales team will study if they can make return or not.
- The maximum days to make return is 7 days after that the company will not accept any retune.
- No items will be accepted if it is open, misshape the package or not in same condition.
- Refund will take from 30 to 60 days after receiving the items.
Dental course
- A full refund is approved if the cancellation was sent (7) days before or more prior to the event or course.
- The company will detect 25 % of the fees if the cancellation was less than 7 days of the events.
- No refund will be approved if the cancellation sends 48 Hours prior to the events or course.
